SALES ASSOCIATE

Winters Recreation is growing and looking for a high energy, motivated Sales Associate to grow the business at our Sauk Centre, MN location.

Flexible schedule, paid time off, retirement and comfortable working conditions. Passion includes educating our customers on new and used golf carts, snowmobiles, vehicles and recreational vehicles. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, educate customers on units and have fun while doing it!

eSSenTIal JoB fUncTIonS: • Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience • Educate our customers on the variety of units we offer • Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer • Generate ideas to exceed goals • Serve as a sales lead including retail, service and finance • Stay on top of market trends and industry • Strong communication with customers, co-workers and management • Excellent multi-tasking skills

eSSenTIal JoB SkIllS: •Basic computer skills and comfortable running reports •Skills at managing a department independently •2+ years’ experience in sales •Have strong motivational skills and ability to work independently and as a team •Professional appearance and demeanor necessary •Provide excellent customer service by displaying enthusiasm and strong communication skills with customers, peers and management •Must be available for Saturdays
