The Root River Market in Houston, Minnesota, a cooperative grocery store, is looking for a Store Manager with a ·can Do" attitude to be responsible for overall store management. The successful candidate should be a leader who can enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals, manage staff effectively and work under a Board of Directors. Candidates should be a for/'Vard thinker, problem solver, mechanically inclined, good with computers and a variety of software programs, good with numbers and have an understanding of basic accounting, along w i th experience in a management role.
