The City of Hill City is seeking qualified candidates for a Deputy Clerk, it is a 24 – 32-hour/week position. This is a Union position represented by IUOE Local 49.
Job Summary: Duties including Utility Billing, Answering Phones, Responds to Public inquiries, Records Management, Preparation of City Ordinances, Resolutions, Issuance of Animal Permits, Assist the City Clerk/Treasurer, etc.
Minimum Qualifications: Proficiency in computer skills and programs such as Microsoft Office and general accounting are required.
