Automotive Service Writer/Advisor

Education and/or ExperiencE

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with customer service – 2 years
• Excellent computer skills
• General service and maintenance knowledge

Qualifications and Requirements

• Ability to multi-task using multiple computer programs and software simultaneously
• Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
• Good working relations with customers by providing courteous, efficient and professional service
• Detail-oriented, professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Current, valid Driver’s License with a driving record that meets insurance company standards.
