MEMBER SERVICE SPECIALIST

We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual with strong service skills to be a part of our Little FallsTeam.

The primary function of this job is to provide outstanding service to our member owners by helping them improve their
financial well-being through credit union services and products. This may mean helping someone new to the credit union
or a long-time member owner. To succeed you will need excellent service skills and technical skills, that we can train and
help you maintain. This position requires the ability to make decisions within established guidelines, the willingness to
identify needs and offer solutions, and the ability to be a team player in an organization that values teamwork.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success and will thrive under
the MMFCU mission of improving our members financial well-being.

Compensation includes a competitive base wage plus incentives and commissions along with an excellent
benefits package including health, dental, life insurance, paid time off (PTO), holidays, and more.
