St. Croix is seeking candidates for the position of Customer Guide in our Customer Center. Under the direction of the Customer Center Supervisor, this individual will fulfill the complete extent of sales, service and technical needs; providing world-class, industry leading assistance and becoming the go-to fishing rod resource for St. Croix’s consumers, retailers and industry professionals. This assistance includes telephone and e-mail interaction, order placement, service and warranty assistance and shipment tracking. A Customer Guide must take the initiative in identifying customer needs, and provide top-notch advice in both product selection and service that results in an exemplary start-to-finish customer experience.
To qualify for consideration for the Customer Guide position, St. Croix is requesting the following qualifications:
• High school/GED diploma required
• Previous experience in a customer service position required
• Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office software app. suite
• Angling experience is required
• Knowledge of the fishing products industry is preferred
The Customer Guide will be located on-site at the home of St. Croix Rods, which is in Park Falls, Wisconsin.
