Demand Planner

The Demand Planner at St. Croix has the responsibility to ensure that we have the right amount of completed inventory to promptly fulfill customers’ orders. The Demand Planner works with the Sales Team in building sales forecasts, collaborates with the Operations Team to ensure needed capacity is available to build the inventory, and verifies with the Supply Chain Manager that required raw materials will be available to support the production build. The Demand Planner is responsible for creating all production shop orders and analyzing and adjusting the shop orders as necessary should constraints arise. This positon will be the focal point for any inquiries related to inventory levels and product availability.

Bachelor’s degree and/or 3-5 years applicable related experience preferred

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Experience with ERP systems and applications, statistical analysis software, and planning optimizing software is required

Working Conditions: environmentally controlled office environment with frequent trips into various production area environments.

The Demand Planner will be located on-site at the home of St. Croix Rods, which is in Park Falls, Wisconsin.
