Supervising staff, organizing and monitoring workflow, facilitate production of units. Work in conjunction with Assistant Production Manager and Office Manager & CEO.
REQUIRED TASKS: • Be an excellent leader and follower • Work with HR by communicating employee job expectations • Work within our Inventory Tracking Software • Orchestrate and plan production of units for team members • Assist in increasing efficiencies in all areas of the business • Attend meetings when necessary • Manage paperwork and emails; work orders, service orders, shipments, etc.
• Oversee Inventory Dept • Maintains safe and clean work environment • Primary contact between Shop and Office • Contributes to all areas of production… be the “go-to” contact for the Shop. If something goes wrong or needs fixing; take care of it or determine the steps needed to solve the issue
REQUIRED SKILLS: Positive, “Can-Do” Attitude; Level Headed; Forklift; Scissor Lift; People Skills; Organizational Skills; Multi-Tasker, Supervision, Computer Use: Outlook, Word, Excel, Using Internet for Research, Inventory Tracking Software, etc.
ENVIRONMENT: Heated Shop with Various Areas of Production - Wash Bay, Loading Dock, Work Stations, Warehousing Inventory, Concrete Flooring. Indoor & Outdoor Work with Exposure to the Elements. Ability to Safely Lift 50+ PoundS.
Full Time Must be available for some Saturdays Pay will be determined on experience and key competencies
