The Registration position assists our Patients in registering for services throughout the facility.
Qualifications include: • Previous computer use • Previous business office experience preferred • Training in medical terminology preferred • Experience dealing with the public directly or by phone • Operating a multifunction telephone preferred • Basic math skills • Must follow oral and written instruction • Excellent communication, interpersonal, public relations, conflict resolution and organizational skills required • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Ability to work under pressure and remain flexible with changing demands • Ability to make sound judgements based on established standards, procedures and policies • Ability to thrive in a changing department.
