Part-Time Office Manager Accounting Assistant

ABG Holdings, LLC - Lakeland, MN We are a Professional Office that is home base for a variety of businesses including real estate, a small retail chain, and other general investments.

Duties of this position include maintaining records for multiple entities on the QuickBooks accounting platform. Monitor Lease files and appropriate communication with Tenants. Interaction with our retail store managers to assure timely and accurate reporting.The position is a Professional Administrative position that will provide a challenge to the successful candidate and allows for future growth and development. The position is part-time @ 24-32 hours per week, the schedule is flexible.

Candidates should be enthusiastic, flexible and able to multi-task. Experience with Real Estate leasing and property management and/or retail business experience are preferred. Must be familiar with Microsoft Office and some exposure to QuickBooks accounting software. A degree in Finance or Accounting are preferred.

Wages are dependent on qualifications and experience.
