The Administrative Assistant/Receptionist will perform a wide variety of duties in administrative support position.
The duties include administering incoming calls; provide administrative and clerical support including data entry, faxing, copying, scanning, filing and word processing.
The ideal candidate must have knowledge and 2 to 4 years’ experience and proficiency in database/programs such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Has excellent telephone skills and work efficiently with multiple projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to multi task and prioritize assigned work.
