The Inn, on the Shattuck St. Mary’s School campus, is looking for a part-time facilities assistant. This position will be responsible for high quality maintenance of the Inn facilities assisting with room preparation, event set-up and scheduled facility maintenance.
This position requires a flexible work schedule which includes working some weekends and holidays.
Duties Include: • Maintaining a sanitary public environment, completion of room preparation prior to guests arrival • Laundry for lodging facility • Completing scheduled maintenance duties • Executing ballroom event set-up; coordinating with Event Director to ensure set-up meets customer’s request • Keeping The Inn lodging, ballroom and kitchen to proper public health standards • Demonstrating good customer service skills with guests over the phone and in person • Using positive verbal and written communication skills
